twenty-something, female, trying to reconcile the need for responsibility with a fervent desire to never grow up while decreasing dependence on fantasy as a coping mechanism. (And as an aside, it took me several weeks to realize I'd mistyped "responsibility" up there.)
There's a lot of geeky stuff in this journal (And I mean a lot - I geek, therefore I am), interspersed with "what I did today" diarying (is that a word?), odd moments of introspection and complaining about my parents. I don't write serious entries all that often.
If you're reading this wondering why a complete stranger has friended you, it's most likely because I share similar interests, have friends in common, or like your way of looking at the world. Please don't feel obligated to add me back unless you want to. Conversely, feel free to add me to your friends list if you like - I don't automatically add back everyone who friends me, but if we have enough in common, I probably will. (I also tend to be weirdly shy and usually don't leave introductory comments unless specifically asked to, so if that bothers you.... erm, sorry.)
